The aim of the work was to obtain essential oil from leaves and flowers genus Hawthorn Crataegus monogyna L. study its component composition justify possibility expanding use this herbal drugs in medicine.
 Materials methods. Сrataegus L., which were used oil, harvested western region Ukraine 2019. quantitative content determined by hydrodistillation. By chromato-mass spectrometry method obtained spectra compared with library mass NIST05 WILEY 2007 a total number over 470000 combination programs for identification AMDIS NIST.Results. determined, 0.15±0.02 % 0.11±0.03 leaves. spectrometric revealed 37 compounds, – 33. In found monoterpenoids, 0.44 total, triterpenoids 7.17 %, aromatic compounds 12.61 %. monoterpenoids 37.8 10.25 norterpenoids 3.62 sesquiterpenoids 4.02 diterpenoids 2.17 5.08 %.Conclusions. Due defined we consider create external action treatment skin diseases various etiologies caused staphylococcal fungal microflora.
